WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY -

RULES & POLICIES
Our rental units are
equipped to be self-sufficient. Prior to checking out,
we
kindly ask that you return your rental unit to state
in which you received it upon beginning your rental.
We ask that you clean and empty your refrigerator,
wash
and put away all dishes, and place any and all trash
in the dumpster.
As a courtesy to our guests, smoking is not permitted
inside the house or
cottages, however, smoking is permitted
outside, on the grounds.
Two parking spots are allocated for each unit. We can
also accommodate for
your boat trailer or personal water
craft. Moorings available at additional cost.
For safety reasons, we ask that there be no jumping
or diving off the docks,
that parents please supervise
their children at all times, and please no glass
on
beach. Sorry – we realize that for some, your pets are part
of the family,
regrettably however, we ask that you make other arrangements
for them during
your stay here on Lake Winnipesaukee.
Finally, as a mutual courtesy to
everyone staying with
us, we ask that you clean up after yourself when finished
using shared areas such as the beach, the patio area
and the screen houses,
and please remember that quiet
time is 11:00 PM.
Please bring your own beach towels. Bed and Bath linens
will be provided.
No daily housekeeping is available.

GENERAL
INFORMATION
ROOM TAX: New Hampshire Room Tax of 8% is applicable
to all room stays.
ARRIVAL TIME: To ensure that your accommodations are
in tip top condition before your arrival, you may check-in
after 4:00 PM on Saturday. Check out time is 10:00 AM.
A driver's license must be presented as proper identification
upon check-in.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS: To hold your reservation,
a $150 per week reserved, non-refundable deposit is
required. Deposit must be received when the reservation
is placed.
50% of the remaining balance of your reservation is
due on or before 1/31/07. This portion is also
non-refundable.
The remainder of your balance including New Hampshire
Rooms tax, is due 30 days prior to your arrival date,
and is also non-refundable.
All major credit cards are accepted as final payment.
